THE ORIGIN
During a visit to Innisfree Jeju House, I experienced the brand beyond skincare. Architecture, ingredient education, product discovery, hands-on activities, food and the surrounding landscape worked together to communicate Innisfree's relationship with Jeju.
FROM JEJU TO HIGH TEA
The Green Tea Society reimagines Innisfree’s Jeju heritage through an immersive pavilion inspired by the social ritual of afternoon tea. Blending beauty, hospitality, and education, the experience invites guests to discover the brand through taste, scent, touch, and product exploration.

INITIAL SKETCHES
Early sketches explored a pavilion more directly influenced by traditional Korean architectural forms. As the concept developed, I shifted away from these references toward the familiarity of Western garden rooms and greenhouses, creating a setting that better supported the high tea experience while allowing Innisfree’s connection to Jeju to come through in the branding, ingredients, and botanical details.

3D studies explore the pavilion’s structure, spatial organization, and integration of greenery, translating Innisfree’s botanical identity into an immersive physical environment.

THE EXPERIENCE
A multi-sensory high-tea experience where guests taste, discover, and connect with Innisfree’s Jeju heritage through curated tea pairings, botanical ingredients, product exploration, and shared social moments.

INNISFREE: THE GREEN TEA SOCIETY
An immersive high-tea experience that brings Innisfree’s botanical identity to life through a pavilion environment, visual identity, branded touchpoints, and digital reservation experience.
